Team Entry $550 (4 person team includes green fees, carts, Improve Your Lie stick, golf towels, koozies, golf tees, meal, snacks and prizes)
Hole Sponsor $200 (includes logo on tee box) *Deadline 7-1-24
Team Entry AND Hole Sponsor $650 (see above for all included)
Corporate Sponsor $850 (includes one team registration, one hole sponsorship, logo on golf towel, advertising on Social Media and recognition at event) *Deadline 6-1-24 Only NINE available
Pin Prize Sponsor $50 or provide prize of that amount
Meyer Insurance Raffle Tickets $25 per golfer (for a chance to win some AMAZING prizes - all four golfer purchase tickets, it's an automatic bogie for that hole!)
Team Spot will NOT be held until PAID in full or arrangements have been made. If you cancel after 7-1-24 you're responsible to find substitute golfers and will not be refunded.
