Who is the ideal candidate for this role?

At Montgomery’s, we love what we do and we work hard for our clients creating spaces they adore. That being said, we also want the ideal candidate to have a work ethic second to none, and a passion for design with aspirations of growing with the company.

Previous design and sales experience is preferred, but not required. We will help you build relationships with customers to help them reflect their own personal sense of style. Montgomery’s also continues your training throughout your employment with updates on product knowledge as well as Design and Sales Techniques. Our company provides full training and all the tools necessary to be successful, including a website showcasing our designer's profiles and projects.
