We're Hiring: Skilled Carpenter

What You’ll Do:

• Build and install stairs, framing, windows, doors, trim, cabinetry, and other custom millwork and finishes.

• Read blueprints and plans, prep materials, measure and cut, assemble and install — all that good stuff.

• Keep tools in top shape and help keep projects running smoothly.

• Work both independently and with a team.

• Step up and problem-solve when needed — especially when the lead’s not around.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience as a Carpenter or similar construction role.

• Skilled in a variety of carpentry tasks — framing, finish work, hardware installs, etc.

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.

• Good communicator and a natural team player.

Pay: $18.00–$35.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts

• Monday to Friday

• Daytime hours

Location:
Must be able to commute to or relocate to Watertown, SD before starting.
